Emergency call for no cooling. Diagnosed failed capacitor and burnt wire to compressor. Replaced both components and verified proper voltage. Checked entire system operation - all other components functioning correctly. Unit is cooling effectively now but showing age. Discussed potential replacement options for next year as unit is 14 years old. Left information about new system financing.
